On July 26, 2022, partner Nadia Gire and associate Kerith Willard received an favorable verdict in the 125th Judicial District Court in Harris County, Texas before Honorable Kyle Carter. Wilkins | Gire represented the estate of a deceased defendant against a personal injury lawsuit.
Following deliberations, the jury rendered a verdict finding WG’s client forty (40%) percent liable for the subject occurrence, a responsible third party was found fifty (50%) negligent and the plaintiff herself was found to be ten percent (10%) negligent. Our client was able to finally place this matter behind them after losing a loved one and were pleased with the results. The plaintiff in this matter was represented by Bradford Hendrickson of Pusch & Nguyen located in Houston, Texas.
