On October 11, 2022, partner Nadia Gire and senior associate Thuha Nguyen won a defense verdict in the 189th Judicial District Court in Harris County, Texas before Honorable Scot Dollinger.
Wilkins | Gire represented a defendant against a personal injury lawsuit. Following deliberations of approximately one hour, the jury rendered a unanimous verdict in favor of defendant and significantly, found that the plaintiff was 100% negligent and responsible for the accident. The plaintiff in this matter was represented by Anthony Presutti from Law Office of Richard J. Presutti located in Houston, Texas.
